Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with StreamSmiles! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're outside the United States, we're unable to fulfill your order. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 7–12 business days. Total time from placing your order to receiving it is typically 8–15 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors beyond our control. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears to be lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at streamsmiles.shop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. We ask that you reach out within 30 days of your order date if you haven't received your package.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. StreamSmiles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
