You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please meet the following conditions:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • You can provide your order number or the email address used to place the order.
  • The product was purchased directly from our website (streamsmiles.com).

We offer refunds only — we do not offer exchanges or replacements at this time.

No Return Shipment Required

We do not require you to send the product back. Once your refund is approved, you may keep or dispose of the item as you see fit. No return shipping is necessary.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request

We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution and is outside our control.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at streamsmiles.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include a photo of the issue along with your order number so we can resolve this quickly. Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day window, provided you contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund window has passed.
  • Products not purchased through our official website.
  • Claims made without an order number or verifiable purchase information.
